The service
MixMasterAI provides browser and server-based tools for audio repair, mixing, mastering, analysis and release assets. Results depend on the source material and settings; we do not guarantee commercial success, streaming performance or a particular creative outcome.
Age
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a membership. MixMasterAI is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, email hello@mixmasterai.co and we will delete it.
Accounts
You can upload, process and preview compatible files before joining. A confirmed account and active monthly membership are required to unlock downloads and exports. Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Monthly membership
Membership costs €4.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Stripe bills it automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage payment details or cancel through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. Taxes may apply. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Your music
You keep ownership of audio and other content you submit. You give MixMasterAI a limited permission to host, copy and process that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You may use your outputs commercially, but you remain responsible for having all necessary rights to the source material.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you lack permission to use, attempt to bypass membership checks, interfere with the service, distribute malware, overload processing systems or use the platform unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, fraud or security risk.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on MixMasterAI infringes your copyright, email hello@mixmasterai.co with the work, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you have the right to act. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Files and backups
Keep your own copies of source files and outputs. Processing files may be deleted after delivery and MixMasterAI is not a permanent storage service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Maintenance, third-party outages or processing failures can occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MixMasterAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may improve or change features and these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. You may stop using the service at any time; billing cancellation must be completed through the billing portal before renewal.
