Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the email address and account identifiers needed to provide sign-in, email confirmation and password recovery. We also record subscription status, processing-job identifiers and basic service logs needed for security and reliability.
Billing
Stripe processes payments and stores payment-card details. MixMasterAI receives billing identifiers, subscription status and renewal dates, but does not receive or store your full card number. If you join in the Android app, Google Play processes the payment under Google's own privacy policy and we receive only the purchase status.
Your audio
Some lightweight tools process audio in your browser. Audio Studio and server-powered tools upload the files you select so the requested processing can run. We use those files only to provide the service, troubleshoot a request you report and protect the platform. We do not use your music to train generative AI models.
Your master library
Completed masters saved to your account are uploaded to private Supabase storage. Signed-in members can retrieve them on another device. You can delete saved masters from your dashboard. Cloud storage has separate capacity limits shown in your library; unlimited mastering does not mean unlimited storage.
Retention
The latest local project may remain in your browser storage until you clear it. Cloud library masters remain associated with your account until you delete them or delete your account. Incomplete library uploads expire after 48 hours and are cleaned up when your library is next accessed. Server-processing files use a separate job-retention policy. Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as required for fraud prevention, tax, legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and account data, Stripe and Google Play for billing, and infrastructure providers to operate the website and audio-processing service. They process data only to provide those services under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal data or music files.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential authentication cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember product settings and secure access to paid tools. Optional analytics or advertising storage is used only where disclosed and permitted by your consent choices.
Children
MixMasterAI is for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email hello@mixmasterai.co and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
From your account page you may change your email or password, cancel your membership, sign out, or delete your account. Deleting your account ends your membership immediately and removes your login and saved masters. Stripe keeps invoices and payment records as required for tax and accounting. You may also ask us to access or delete other eligible personal data. Legal retention duties and security records may limit immediate deletion of some information.
Security and changes
We use access controls and signed billing events to protect accounts and subscription state. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the date below.
