Privacy Policy

The short version

MixMasterAI does not require an account and does not collect personal information. You upload audio, we master it, you download it. That is the full extent of the interaction. We do not track you, we do not sell data, and we delete your files within 48 hours.

What we collect

The only data we handle is the audio file you upload for mastering. We do not collect:

• ·Your name, email address, or any personal information
• ·An account or login credentials of any kind
• ·Payment or billing information
• ·Device fingerprints or cross-site tracking identifiers

How we use your audio

Your uploaded audio is used solely to perform the mastering process you requested. We do not listen to it, share it, sell it, or use it to train any AI or machine learning model. The file is processed automatically and is never reviewed by a human at MixMasterAI.

File retention and deletion

All audio files, both the original upload and the mastered output, are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours of processing. No manual request is needed. If you want your files removed before that window, contact us at the address below and we will delete them immediately.

Third parties and data sharing

• ·We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• ·We do not share your audio or any personal data with third parties.
• ·The AI decision layer in our mastering pipeline uses the Claude API (Anthropic). Only technical audio feature data (tempo, loudness, spectral fingerprint) is sent to the API, not your audio file itself.

Cookies and local storage

MixMasterAI uses no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. The only browser storage we use is a single localStorage key named mixmaster.sound which saves your sound effects preference (on or off) across visits. This key contains no personal information and is stored entirely in your own browser. It is never sent to our servers.

Analytics

We do not use any analytics tracking by default. We may use anonymized, aggregate server-side metrics (such as total mastering jobs completed or average processing time) to monitor service health. These metrics contain no information that identifies individual users or tracks individual sessions.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is very little to act on. If you want your audio files deleted before the automatic 48-hour window, contact us and we will delete them. If you have questions about what data we may hold related to a specific upload, contact us with your job ID or upload timestamp and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never make changes that retroactively affect files already processed.
