Delete your MixMasterAI account

In the app or on the website

  1. Open MixMasterAI and sign in.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email hello@mixmasterai.co from your account email and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your login, email address, membership and every master saved to your library are removed straight away.

What is kept

Invoices and payment records are kept by our payment providers (Stripe or Google Play) as required for tax and accounting, usually for up to 10 years. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

A membership bought through Google Play is cancelled in the Play Store: Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.
